Today, attention to the environment and sustainable solutions from an ecological point of view for the purification of waste water are very important. We have been dealing with this topic for many years now and are proud of the different options we can offer our customers in this regard.
The process developed by the Sodian group uses very high pressure water jet technology in combination with the filtering of all solid substances and the recycling of water. The waste water, as well as the solid substances (rust, primer, covering paints, concrete sludge, etc.) are conveyed inside a mobile water purification plant, where the continuous separation of water and solid substances takes place by means of a multi-chamber filtering system and a pelletizing device. The quantity of liquid contained in the pellet reaches a maximum of 10%. Clean water is free of suspended substance, it can be re-emitted if necessary to the high-pressure pump or conveyed into the sewer pipes. The water purification with filtration that reaches <1μm of purity, the minimum reference value for use with high pressure pumps, helps to significantly reduce the cost of supply.

Fields of application
Road construction
In areas with high ecological requirements or reduced presence of drinking water, the purification of the water to be used is essential to be able to create a circle in nature.
Restoration of bridges and viaducts
The tunnels, bridges and viaducts are in most cases in exposed positions in relation to the availability of water for the rehabilitation operations. Furthermore, the ecological requirements in these areas are enormously greater than those of urban spaces.
Rehabilitation of hydroelectric plants
In the removal of critical materials such as asbestos, PCB (plychlorinated biphenyls), PCP (pentachlorophenol) or PAH (polycyclic hydrocarbons), by means of water used and its relevant chemical link with toxics, we are able to prevent the release of toxic agents in the environment and the resulting contamination. By purifying this water, the amount of contaminated material is minimized, thus drastically reducing environmental pollution.
Building renovation
In urban areas, it is rare for structures to be rehabilitated, especially for underground garages, without considering a used water purification project.
A solution that does not involve putting the resulting water back into circulation becomes increasingly difficult, not only from an environmental point of view, but also from an economic point of view.
