Preparation of the road bed with water

With our special very high pressure machinery we are able to treat concrete surfaces, stone masonry or steel surfaces, as well as remove rubber on airport runways.

With a working pressure that can reach up to 3000bar and the possibility of varying the combination of nozzles, we are able to treat any surface most adequately. Compared to shot peening, it is possible to uncover the “granular structure” and remove materials. This system is mainly used to remove rubber on runways and taxiways.

Roadbed treatment by shot peening

With our special vehicles we are able to improve the coefficient of friction on asphalt and concrete, lighten the roadway and erase the horizontal road signs.

Unlike the water treatment, in this process the surface is roughened as a result of the impact of the microspheres on the surface, thus restoring the necessary adhesion. At the same time the surface and / or the landing or taxing runway is lightened/ cleared. This system is basically used when there is rubber residue on the taxiways and landing strips. The automatic collection of the removed materials inside BigBags allows for simple and comfortable disposal.
